So this is the downstairs before: full of CrAp, cement floor, musty smelling, dirty, etc... with a little clean up, paint, carpet and furniture it's a brand new family room: Playroom for kids, computer area and tv and couches... we love it and the kids have a lot of room to play. and even a fun closet under the stairs with more toys and all the electronic equipment. I love having no visible cords dangling under the tv!!
