Our friends have an amazing cabin up at Lopez Island and we were able to enjoy a weekend getaway with them and some other friends. We drove up to Anacortes to catch the ferry and when we got there we were told we were number 5 in the standby line. If we missed that ferry we'd have to wait a few hours for the next one. We ended up being the second-to-last car on that boat and we were so relieved that we didn't have to wait!
We enjoyed crabbing the first night and caught several crabs and then just ate dinner, relaxed and played games.
The next day we relaxed at the lake/pond, played volleyball and ultimate frisbee and enjoyed a delicious dinner at the Love Dog cafe and ended the night with s'mores and mafia.

And the girls and I just couldn't resist taking some pictures in the furs from the Narnia closet. This closet really has a sliding door in the back of it and it opens up into this little wintery looking room. So fun! We had a really nice weekend!

So much fun! Wish it could have been a whole week! We'll go for that idea next time- whatcha think? The fur photo shoot was so much fun, as was the swimming, dining, and staying up late- love ya girl!
